Having undergone a complete refurbishment, Wedge Cottage is a stunning holiday home located in the Curved Stables at Roserrow. The beautiful open-plan living area, cosy bedrooms and modern fresh bathrooms give this property character and a welcoming feel.
The property is beautifully furnished and offers a delightful mix of original character and cosiness, coupled with contemporary wet rooms and kitchen - the best of both worlds. Relax in the large open-plan living area with exposed beams and squidgy sofas including a sofa bed, adding to the flexibility of the property, allowing two extra guests to sleep comfortably. The sitting room has a large, wall mounted television and a contemporary electric fire for cosy nights in throughout the seasons. Also on the ground floor is a charming master bedroom and stunning en-suite bathroom complete with a free-standing roll top bath. The ground floor also boasts a modern wet-room with large, walk-in shower. Upstairs are two further bedrooms (a king-size and a twin) along with a second, show stopping wet room. There is also a useful cloakroom with WC and wash basin on the first floor, allowing everyone their own facilities.

Perfect for families, Wedge Cottage has a pretty garden with a spacious patio and a charcoal barbecue for al fresco dining in the Cornish sunshine. The garden is fenced and fully enclosed, allowing parents to let their young children explore with peace of mind.

Polzeath beach is an invigorating 20 minute walk and you can also walk to the nearby Daymer Bay (an excellent family beach) and St Minver (a quintessential Cornish village). Polzeath is a popular coastal village with several shops and lively cafes, restaurants and pubs to explore. The beach itself is very popular with surfers and sun worshippers alike due to its vast golden sands, powerful surf and amazing atmosphere! The coastal footpaths in this area are also stunning and well worth discovering.
